Set against the backdrop of the Blue Ridge foothills, this weekly ritual brings guests together over slow-smoked meats, seasonal sides, and simple, abundant flavors. 

Served family-style, each table is offered a generous spread designed to be passed, shared, and savored—an experience that feels both effortless and deeply connected to the land.
